Refund Policy for Ecospace Explorers

At Ecospace Explorers, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or modify your tour reservation. Therefore, we have formulated the following refund policy to assist you:

1. Tour Cancellation by us:

In the rare event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule the tour, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.

2. Customer Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel your tour reservation, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the tour departure date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Ecospace Explorers (e.g., third-party permits, accommodation deposits, etc.).
  • Cancellation within 15-30 days prior to the tour departure date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Ecospace Explorers.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the tour departure date: No refund will be issued.

3. No-shows or Partial Tour Participation:

If you fail to join the tour on the scheduled departure date or choose to leave the tour early for any reason, no refund will be provided. Ecospace Explorers will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to your absence or early departure.

4. Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule your tour, subject to availability, you may do so without any penalty up to 30 days prior to the original tour departure date. Any rescheduling within 30 days of the tour departure date may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

5. Refund Processing:

All refund requests must be made in writing or via email to our customer support team. Once your request is received, we will review it and process the refund accordingly within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used during the booking process.

Please note that this refund policy applies to standard tours. Special or customized tours may have different cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated and agreed upon separately.
