Day 1:
Exploring Sipi Falls
Morning:
Start your 2 Days Sipi Falls adventure by departing from your accommodation in Kampala or another nearby city by 7:00 Am. The long drive takes approximately 6-7 hours, but you will find the picturesque landscapes along the way enjoyable.
Afternoon:
Arrive in the Sipi Falls area in the early afternoon and check into your lodge with stunning views of the falls and surrounding Elgon hills and Karamoja plains.
After settling in, embark on a guided hike to explore the three stunning waterfalls of Sipi. Begin with a relatively easy walk to the first waterfall, where you can marvel at the cascading water and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Take in the lush greenery and take plenty of photos to capture the beauty of the sipi falls.
Evening:
Return to your lodge after the hike and relax while enjoying a delicious dinner. Take in the breathtaking views and unwind with a warm drink as the sun sets over the horizon. If you are energetic enough, go for a sunset walk and view the beautiful sundowner.
Overnight will be at the Sipi Resort Valley.
Day 2:
Adventure and Departure
Morning:
Start your day with an early breakfast and prepare for a more challenging adventure. Today, you have the option to go abseiling down one of the waterfall cliffs under the guidance of experienced instructors at Sipi Falls.
Descend down the rock face while being surrounded by the rush of water. This is an exhilarating experience that offers visitors a unique perspective of the sipi falls adventure.
Afternoon:
After the abseiling adventure, have a picnic lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sipi Falls area then embark on a coffee experience where you can take part in its local production process, have a coffee drink, and leave a mark by planting a coffee tree under your name.
Late Afternoon:
As the day winds down, begin your journey back to Kampala. The return drive offers more opportunities to enjoy Uganda’s scenic landscapes and a shopping moment in Mbale City.
You will arrive in Kampala late in the evening marking the end of your 2 days Sipi Falls Adventure.
